Section 1: Our Service Area
Vespercarry operates exclusively within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Our logistics network and digital storefront are specifically designed to serve residents living within this territory.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are a resident of Hong Kong and that the provided delivery address is located within our local service boundaries. We do not facilitate international shipping or cross-border transactions.
This regional focus allows us to maintain a consistent standard of service and adhere strictly to the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) of Hong Kong. All contractual agreements and interactions are governed by the local laws of this jurisdiction.
Section 2: Payment Protocols
Our transaction model is built on transparency and simplicity. We utilize a Cash on Delivery (COD) system for every order placed through our platform. This means that the total amount for your purchase is collected in full at your doorstep when the package arrives.
We do not require any upfront payments or digital transactions during the checkout process. The price you see on your order summary is the final amount; we do not apply any hidden fees, shipping costs, or extra surcharges at the time of delivery.
Regarding fulfillment, we require 2 business days to prepare and package your selection. Following this period, the delivery timeline spans an additional 1 to 2 business days. This makes the total delivery turnaround time 3 to 4 business days.
You have the right to cancel your order as long as the item is still in our possession. Once the package is dispatched to our logistics partners, the order cannot be halted, and the delivery must be completed as scheduled.
Section 3: After-Sales
We provide a 30-day window for returns, beginning from the day your package is delivered. This facility is available if you receive an item that is incorrect or arrives with damage. In such instances, please contact contact@vespercarry.com so we can arrange a complimentary pickup from your address. Once the item is back with us, our team performs a detailed inspection within 24 hours. Depending on the results, we will either provide a replacement or, if the item is no longer available, a full refund.
Since we operate via COD, we do not have your billing details on file. To process a refund, we will reach out via email to request your bank transfer information. Once the transfer is initiated, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your banking provider's internal policies.
We do not charge restocking fees for any returns. Please be aware that we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind, so we ask that you be certain of your choice before finalizing your purchase.
