Order Processing and Packaging

Once an order is confirmed through our website, our team initiates a systematic preparation process. We require 2 business days to handle the internal aspects of your order, which includes attentive selection, quality inspection, and secure packaging.

This preparation phase is essential to ensure that your item is ready for transit and arrives in the condition you expect.

Our staff works diligently during these 2 business days to prepare your package before handing it over to our logistics partners for the final journey to your doorstep.

Delivery Timelines and Logistics

Following the initial preparation period, the transit phase begins. The delivery timeline typically spans an additional 1 to 2 business days. This means the total duration from the moment of order confirmation to the arrival at your location is generally between 3 and 4 business days.

While we strive to meet these timeframes consistently, deliveries are subject to standard logistics movements within the region.

Customers have the flexibility to cancel an order at any point while the package remains within our facility. However, once the dispatch process is complete and the item is in the possession of our logistics partners, the cancellation period ends. At this stage, the delivery must be completed as scheduled.

Transaction Model and Transparency

We utilize a Cash on Delivery (COD) model to provide a straightforward and transparent experience. This means that the full payment for your purchase is collected at the time of delivery. Vespercarry is committed to a policy of no hidden charges; the price you see at the point of order is the final amount you pay at your doorstep.

We do not apply any additional shipping costs, handling fees, or surcharges. This model ensures that you only provide payment upon the physical arrival of your selection.

Compliance and Support

Our shipping practices are structured to be fully compliant with the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) of Hong Kong, ensuring fair trade and consumer protection. We also adhere to the guidelines set by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) when handling your delivery information.
