Our logistics and after-sales support systems are optimized for the local landscape to ensure timely and efficient service. By engaging with our website and placing an order, you acknowledge that our service area is restricted to Hong Kong and that all related activities are governed by the specific laws of this region.

We do not support requests originating from or involving addresses outside of this jurisdiction.

Condition of Goods

We take pride in the items we provide and expect them to be handled with similar consideration by our customers. To be eligible for a return under our 30-day policy, the item must be in its original state. This means the product should remain unused, with all original tags attached, and must be housed in its original packaging. We understand that you need to examine your purchase, but the items must not show any signs of wear or use.

Our policy is designed to address instances where an item is received in a damaged state or if an incorrect product was delivered. If you encounter such an issue, please notify our team via email at contact@vespercarry.com. We will arrange for a courier to collect the item from your doorstep at no additional cost to you.

Once the item is returned to our facility, we perform a detailed inspection within 24 hours to verify the reported issue. Based on this assessment, we will proceed with a replacement or a full refund. Please be advised that we do not facilitate returns, exchanges, or refunds for situations involving a change of mind.

We encourage all users to review their selections thoroughly before finalizing an order to ensure it aligns with their needs.

Billing Details

Transparency is a fundamental pillar of how Vespercarry operates. We want our customers to feel secure in their transactions, which is why we explicitly state that we do not charge any restocking fees. If a return is justified based on the arrival of a damaged or incorrect item, the process is entirely cost-free for the user.

Because we operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, we do not have access to your personal banking or credit information at the time of purchase. If an inspection results in a refund approval, our support team will reach out to you via email to request the necessary bank transfer details. This data is handled in strict accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and is used solely for the purpose of completing the refund.

Once we receive your details and initiate the transfer, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. This timeline is subject to the internal processing speeds of your respective banking institution.

Statutory Rights

This policy is constructed to respect and uphold your statutory rights under the laws of Hong Kong. We strictly follow the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), which ensures that items must be of merchantable quality and fit for their intended purpose. Additionally, our terms align with the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) to ensure fair dealings.
